I’m the creator of FitBabesSquad, a space where beginner women can learn how to lose fat, build strength, grow glutes, and create a healthy lifestyle that actually lasts.
But more than anything, I am a woman of faith. Everything I have, everything I share, and every bit of progress in my life comes from God, not from me.
My goal with this platform is not just to help women change their bodies, but to help them grow in confidence, discipline, and purpose while honoring the life they’ve been given.
My Story
I know what it feels like to be uncomfortable in your own body, to feel overwhelmed by fitness advice, and to start over more times than you can count.
I have been in your shoes.
At one point in my life, I lost 60 pounds. That journey changed not only my body, but my mindset, my habits, and my confidence.
It also taught me something important: extreme plans and quick fixes do not last.
Real results come from consistency, patience, and learning how to build a lifestyle that works in real life.
That is the approach I share here.

My faith shapes how I view health, fitness, and life.
I believe our bodies are a temple. Taking care of your body is not about chasing perfection or comparing yourself to others. It is about stewardship. It is about honoring what God has given you and becoming stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually.
There were times in my life when I relied on my own strength and felt burned out, discouraged, and stuck. Over time, I learned that true strength comes from surrender, discipline, and trusting God in the process.
That perspective changed everything for me, and it is woven into everything I share.
