"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."1 Corinthians 9:24–27 – Run with purpose.
"Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. Everyone hits walls. Christian, non Christian, seasoned athlete, total beginner, motivation doesn't discriminate. But here’s the difference between all of the different types of people: you don’t rely on your own strength. You allow God to strengthen you, even when it feels impossible.
Because you will have those days where it feels impossible. It's inevitable.
Focus on Progress, Not Perfection
It's kind of like the saying "faith over fear". Focus on "progress over perfection". Perfection is paralyzing. Progress is holy. God celebrates your steps, not your streaks.

Your “why” might be to:

- Have more energy to serve your family
